Probably the cheapest way out is to upgrade the batteries and borrow someone's generator for recharging for this once a year trip.
You should have bought your batteries at Sam's club or Cosco..
MUCH BETTER DEAL than Trojan..
Sam's has 210 Ahr 6V batteries at about $90 each or about $180 for a pair.. Nearly half of what you paid for a Trojan :B for your money you COULD have bought FOUR Sam's batteries and had twice the capacity! :S
So far my Sam's club GC batts have survived 9 camping seasons and STILL going strong.. I DEPEND on them to power my home fridge conversion..
