I used to have a Nomad 186 and I ran a new cable down through the tv stand, under the door threshold, under the bed storage. Under the dinette, through the electrical compartment, and finally out through the shoreline cable hole. It worked great and it wasn't noticeable. It was easy and much less than 100 bucks.
