I have been searching the Seatac craigslist since I sold the AF.
I've seen a couple old AF campers that need work for around that price.
With a $5k budget I'd want a solid camper not a slide out "project" though.
There are a couple nice. Northland campers out there right now for $10k ish. That's the best deals I've seen recently.
Fwiw searching "camper" and by owner only brings up mostly truck campers.
Otherwise search the few brand names that make slide out TCs Lance, AF, Chalet, host, eagle cap, northland.
And don't forget to hit the other local CL sites Portland and the smaller locales in WA and OR.
