It looks to me that the PEX lines going to the faucet are going to have to be cut since the adapters to the faucet do not appear to be swivel adapters! (Now that's a really stupid way to cut the cost on an RV) I am not sure about Sharkbite adapters since they rely upon water pressure to secure them and since, at times, there is no water pressure and the vibration while traveling I would be concerned about them...just a thought. You might consider a product called Flare-it. They are in many hardware stores.
