I don't know, sure looks like a nut to me. Look at the fitting close to where the stub the tubing is crimped to sticks out beyond what looks like a nut. Looks like there is a very thin recessed area with very slightly larger diameter around the stub like the stub is inserted through a hole in the "nut" of the fitting. Seems like if it was not a swivel nut and all one piece there should be a squared 90 degree corner at that point.
