Four years ago I bought my Helwig bar and I got the box with missing parts. After a phone call they did make good on it. But for some reason they have a habit of packaging the wrong parts or missing parts. Others have experienced the same issues, even up to recently. Dont be surprised if they didnt give you the wrong bar.
