An update to my problems with my Hellwig Big Wig.
I got home early enough today so I decided to contact Hellwig factory. Well we discussed the problem I'm having with fitment on my sway bar. I told him that I had a 7272 model and he looked it up and said it should be a 7293 as that is what the application charts showed and I ordered the wrong one. I told him where on the site I found it stated that the 7272 was the correct one. I sent him the link that shows him on their web site that the Big Wig 7272 was for a 10-13 Ram 2500/3500. He went to the location that I sent him the link to and I think he was a little shocked and said I was right that it did say that.
So there is a problem with their web site.
Now he is sending out a new sway bar of 7293 that fits a 2013 SRW/DRW 4x4. He is also sending a pick up slip for the other one to be shipped back to them.
So it looks like I'll be getting the correct one now. I used the new part # and looked on the web and it comes up for a 2013 Ram SRW/DRW 4x4.
But when I look at a bunch of the other dealers that are selling Big Wigs they are showing the 7272 for 10-13 Ram trucks which according to him is wrong.
I'll see if all works out when the new one gets here. I'll update this when it arrives and I try to install it to see if it works.
