need help with folding stairs
Now that the snow has finally melted I can't get my stairs to fold up I can fold. Bottom layer but not top I sprayed wd40 grease and still won't fold act like there locked

First, clean the dirt and rust from the joints.
x2 Penetrating oil will get them loose with time.
