The tire industry doesn't make nor have they ever made a RV tire. Their a special trailer (ST). However a LT (light truck) or ST can be used.
As wrvond say the F78-15 fits the new 205/75-15 C radial tire size.
Some tire stores carry some brands of ST tires but be care full if this trailer is going to see lots of highway miles. Right now the Maxxis ST8008 has a proven track record of all the ST tires.
etrailerpart.com has lots of wheels to choose from or some trailer parts store in your area may sell them also. Also some of the larger equipment trailer dealers sell trailer wheels.
Make sure the wheels width fits the tires width requirements.
