The model number is on the sticker on the right side of the picture behind the long screw. You have a 6 gallon LP and Electric water heater with Direct Spark Ignition. You need to order PN: SW6DE for a new one. The switch inside of the RV is for propane operation. On your RV, the on-off switch for the electric may only be on the outside. It is located on the lower left corner.
