An option is to look for 4" foam elsewhere and just buy the cover from them. An upholstery supply shop or maybe just an upholsterer should be able to provide it, shipping for something this size can be substantial. Where I get it they cut it to size for nothing and there is no shipping. Maybe get prices from both and take it from there.
