Looking to buy my 1st camper and one of the big selling points of the one we want was the mattress, a good one is a must have! The guy said he paid 1,000 for it and when I tried it out he almost had to drag me out of the camper, more comfortable than my mattress at home! All that said I've been looking around to see how much a good mattress would cost me if I went with a different camper and I found one for under $250 that has raving reviews on Amazon. DreamFoam Bedding Ultimate Dreams has 700+ reviews and it's 4.5 stars. They have a variety of sizes but the short queen is $244 and free shipping with prime. Good luck!
