I've been shopping for the last few weeks for something similar to what you describe. Are you looking for 7500 EMPTY, or loaded?
I wanted the newer bunkhouse floor plan with 2 slides, outdoor kitchen and bathroom exit, but haven't seen one that weighs less than 7,500 or so empty. I ended up buying a Surveyor SV305, and the sticker says it's just under 8k empty- heavier than I wanted too, but it is what it is, I guess...
