x2 on the issue of finding all of that in a trailer that you can tow comfortably with a 1/2 ton truck. I think you can find a lot, maybe not the outside kitchen or doors. We looked a ton of bunkhouse trailers. We had a Jayco 26BH that was great, but was at the limit for our Yukon (7500#). Make sure to stay under and have a safety range, you don't want to tow too much. We eventually moved to a larger truck and a Sprinter 311 BHS (which is about 11k#)
Look at a smaller trailer or think about a bigger truck. Good luck, there is a lot out there, but I haven't seen one that ticks all those boxes. Rank order them and then go looking.
