Our Keystone Bullet 31BHPR comes pretty close to meeting your needs and weighs in at 6200lbs wet. Loaded up ours is 7600lbs. It has the barrel ceiling for height, bunks, outside kitchen and 2nd door to the bath. Only thing against your list is no doors to the front bed and the tv swivels.
You could easily close off the tv panel and put doors for the bedroom but it would be tight and they won't do anything to suppress noise.
I will admit that it is pushing the limits for a 1/2 ton truck.
