I know folks have mentioned keystone and they probably have several models with that similar floor plan. Mine is a Springdale 303BHSSR. It has the swivel TV, but we hardly ever turn it around. Now that you've mentioned it, I'm sure there is a way to lock it. Anyways, if you're interested in pictures/floor-plan they can be found at the link in my signature.
