When you go look at the trailer, Check to see if there is at least 6" between the end of the mattress and the wall to squeeze in a 60" x 80" standard queen. That's what I did for mine and it works fine. A 10" memory foam from Walmart.com goes for about $300. You won't regret getting a good nights sleep.
Before signing anything, To get an idea of what you can tow(Don't take the sales person word), look at the carrying capacity number located on the driver door sticker of your truck. Subtract from the Maximum Payload Capacity: weight of driver, passengers, optional equipment and cargo, and hitch weight. This is what is left over for the trailer tongue weight. Divide that by .13 and the result will be the maximum loaded up weight of a travel trailer you can tow. (Use the lower of the payload calculation, Max Trailering(9600#), or hitch rating to determine the max weight of any trailer you should tow)
