The Keystone Hideout 29BHS meets all of your requirements, with the exception of the swivel TV to the bedroom. That however can be locked in place.
-Has outside kitchen, separate door to bathroom, bunkhouse to sleep 3-4. I've been in a few personally, and the ceiling height is ample (I'm 6'1")
