Pay close attention to any water lines that are actually touching the outside wall of the camper. Those are the first ones that will freeze from my experience. In fact, when the temps dip down into the teens, it's not uncommon in a heated camper to have just a short section of a line freeze, and it will usually be where it's touching the outer wall.
