Never-ending tale of woe F-150

I finally get my trans/heating issues resolved. Just like clockwork (literally!) I now hear a pronounced ticking sound from the drivers side cylinder bank upon cold start up. It disappears after about 20 seconds. Sounds so familiar, but can't quite place what it might be.

OHhhhhhh, that's right. The passenger side exhaust manifold did the same thing before I had that changed out. Wonder if it could be that?

*sigh*

Another $900 ??? Any guesses?
