We're going to have a little discussion when I pick my truck up. Not only about the manifolds, and what Ford can do for me, but today when I called about a progress report ("...a couple days"! Ha! They've had it all week!) I was told there was a dent in the oil pan and they are changing it. I'm a little unclear if they dented it again, or they're concerned with the original dent which they also caused when they did the other side last year. I had a discussion with the service manager about it during my last visit (transmission) so I'm not sure whether he told them to make it right or if they actually screwed it up worse. Either way, they're "...hoping to have it done later today (Thurs) or tomorrow before afternoon.
Nice! I'm supposed to pull the trailer down to the local state Park before I leave for work at 2pm. So now I have to badger them to get it done or take the day off work and wait till it's done. Meanwhile, no one called to inform me about an oil pan change! It's not work I authorized, and now they're messing with my weekend AND costing me more for my rental car.
NOT happy. I think they may have just lost my business. Is a phone call to much to ask????
