I have 06 explorer with 4.6 3 valve (just like on that video) and did those manifolds in my driveway ( I think I posted somewhere above). Took me a day for each side, lots of beer and cursing.
I unbolted the motor from the frame, and jacked it up few inches using a piece of lumber under the oil pan.
That's what the dealer did maybe but did not put anything between the pan and the jack, thus dented oil pan.
Oh, that's what they did alright! Twice, apparently! I had no time to quibble today. Barely made it to the campground and got hooked up before making it to work.
