Per other comments I wouldn't own a dually if I lived in a city with narrow streets. Where I live it is perfectly acceptable and creates few problems. Sure, I park further out but I can use the exercise. My 14 year old rear fenders have never been run into and I don't curb my tires.
I had my dually tires rotated which would have normally been no charge at my dealer. They had to dismount and mount a couple of the tires to keep the sidewall lettering correct. Cost 32 dollars. Many dually owners just rotate the fronts left to right.
If you use your truck to pull a fiver I think you will find that a new Ram dually will sit about 2 inches lower than your current truck. Make sure your hitch and/or pin box can compensate.
Many dually owners air down their rear tires when unloaded to soften the ride. I don't have a problem with my ride, it's a truck.
There are other issues if you like to go off road.
