Additionally the OP will likely enjoy his new truck immensely and it will perform wonderfully for him. He may even recommend his gear selection to others, but, that doesn't mean that he would not have enjoyed an even better towing experience had he ordered the recommended gears for his rig.
So true! I think I admitted my 3.42's were wrong until I actually towed with them. Decided I did not need the 4.10's.
He will be happy but his wallet will be lighter than it could have been.
