My .02 cents on some of this.
Skip the adaptive steering. If it fails, it will probably cost you more in repairs than the price of the package. Save that money and replace the OEM shocks with some Bilsteins.
Skip the factory LED lights. Install Beamtech LED bulbs in place of the halogen bulbs, aim the headlam housing down a bit and save yourself $930. I did this last year and love the LED headlights.
Exterior backup alarm. No, just no. They are loud and annoying and don't belong on a recreational truck that size. Use a backup camera or spotter instead.
The hood deflector is a maybe. The hood on these trucks sits up pretty high so you aren't catching a ton of rocks.
I'd skip the wheel well liners for now...you can add them on later. I run my truck thru the car wash after the snow clears and the frame/undercarriage gets rather clean. I do not have the liners but they are fairly cheap and easy to install.
Running boards - skip the chrome plated ones and get powder coated boards. I have some cheap Tyger brand (imports) boards from Amazon in black and they have held up well for the past year. We put chrome nerf bars on an F550 at work for a coworker that had trouble getting in the truck and they have surface rust after 2 years.
