When I got my SportTrek 290vik I had a couple 'shakedown' issues but I don't think that's unusual. If the dealer is being as helpful as possible just try to work through these issues with them and hopefully you will end up in a good place.
I've read other posts about other brands not plumbing the outside kitchen sink drain. I'm not sure why but maybe it's because the typical use is just a quick hand or utensil rinse so draining on the ground is no big deal. Maybe?
My kitchen floor 'flexes' too but the rest of the camper is solid, make it clear to the dealer that the water incursion from the outside kitchen door has likely damaged the floor near the bathroom wall and that they need to make it right.
Good luck and keep us posted!
