I own a 2017 271VRB. the only issues I've had is a closet shelf was put in upside down and some molding came loose. Not sure about the outside sink plumbing as mine is plumbed to the gray tank. maybe it's how they make the different models. I would make the dealer fix the water issues and make a warranty note in case there are issues down the road. I hope the dealer takes care of all your problems. Good luck
