I think you need to run it almost empty and see how many gals you get in it. To make room for the DEF tank the RAM pickups went down to 32 gal. Chassis cabs have 52 gallon standard tanks.
"Two fuel tanks are better than one. With Ram Chassis Cab, you have the option of adding an available 22-gallon fuel tank to the existing 52-gallon fuel tank for a Best-in-Class fuel capacity of 74 gallons."
