I have the Flagstaff 27BESS which is the same trailer with different upholstery and decals. It's perfect for us.
There are two main reasons this will be my next TT.
1 - big bathroom with room for T.C.B.!
2 - the kitchen in the slide gives a nice big area behind the sink and stove top that you don't get if the kitchen is curbside. This was pointed out to me by a 2702ss owner and I honestly had never considered it. always thought that kitchen in the slide was prone to issues with pipes/drains.
