99% of the population doesn't know they can align their headlights, let alone know how to do it.
If lights are properly aligned, it doesn't matter how powerful they are, as they won't shine in your eyes.
I spent a lot of $$$$ on aftermarket high performance lighting for my hot rod. A IROCZ. It has amazing lights, but the cutoff is so sharply defined that it doesn't bother other....on lowbeam anyways.
