I strongly suggest only running Ford's additive - PM22A. Get a couple of the 20oz bottles and keep them in the truck.
Also read about the DEF system in your owner's manual diesel supplement. You should fully understand what will happen if you start running low on DEF fluid, or worse yet, run out completely. Once you read this, you will never, ever, want to run out. I carry a 2.5 gallon jug of DEF in the 5er (but I full time). When I know it's below half full, I add the jug and buy another one.
IMHO Ford does not do a very good job of keeping the driver informed of the DEF level in the tank. With my '13 model, you do not get an alert on the driver info panel of low level until it's really low.
