I'm with the others. Check the tire pressure. SRW model like you have it certainly does NOT need 80 pounds in each tire.
The dealer lowered the tire pressure for the customers as when we rode around there was a light on the dashboard. I asked what that was...the salesman said..."oh, the tire pressure is low"...we'll add air to the tires if you buy it.
I had NO IDEA!! We are soooo new to owning a truck and our last 2008 Dodge 3500 MegaCab rode soooo smoothly with air up to specs...we expected the same or close to the same.
We almost attained "air" when driving through a "dip" in an intersection! Maybe we did....
