We "veterans" of RV net almost have our own language. :B LOL, SRW means single rear wheels.
As far as your photo, use the Advanced post form to post photos. You'll see it highlighted at the bottom of each page, just above the quick reply post area.
Inside the advanced post area, at the top of the box, are many control links one can use to modify your posts. One, looking like a letter with a stamp on it (yellow colored) will say image when you put the cursor on it.
I copied and pasted your link there, in the image box that opens when you click on it. I sized the photo to 640 X 480, which I believe is the max allowed here on the forum.
