NEW Dodge 2013 Ram 3500 4x4 -> ride is horrible! What to do?

..Why do we tell someone to lower the tire air pressure when we don't know what their tires are aired to and we don't know what the recommended tire air pressure is? How do we know they aren't under inflated, or for that matter over inflated. OP needs to tell us what his trucks tires are aired to and what the placard on door jamb recommends them to be aired to. Does he have two placards for recommended tire pressure, one for unloaded and one for loaded?
