NEW Dodge 2013 Ram 3500 4x4 -> ride is horrible! What to do?

i actually surprised to hear it rides so rough. i updated my '11 2500 to a '13 2500, and the ride is now considerably better.

i know talking about my 2500 is like comparing apples and oranges, and i know the payload and towing went up quite a bit on both models, so like i said, surprised to hear it's such a rough ride.
