If it was before, then you should have had him air the tires to proper inflation and drive it before you made your decision.
We did ask him about it. All he said is he would fill the tires after the sale.
We're new to the truck ownership world and did not know that the ride would be affected. It did bother me that they did not offer to fill the tires and retest drive.
It's like going to the doctors office....how can you ask the right questions if you don't know what questions to ask?
