Two things here I have to say....
#1. I think you are over exaggerating the rough ride. Now you have it in your head the truck rides rough. It does compared to a car, but no different than any other one ton truck. Mine actually rides better than Fords newest offering, and just under the GM.
#2. I really doubt the dealership purposely deflated the tires. My dually actually was way over inflated when I bought it. Tires are checked by a near minimum wage flunky in the dealership, nothing more or less.
I think you just bought more truck than you need. One ton trucks these days ride way, way better than the one ton trucks ten years ago. But hey, it's folks like you that complain about the ride that keeps making the ride for everyone better!
