NEW Dodge 2013 Ram 3500 4x4 -> ride is horrible! What to do?

When my F350 was a srw the tire pressure was 65 after converting it to a drw the new tires requested 80. Add that to an extra set of sidewalls on each side on the rear and it was a shock. It's not my DD so I leave them @ 80. About 90% is towing. I would try the tire pressure drop first and I think you will see a noticeable difference. Good luck.
