I don't understand. Why would the dealer change the DEF fluid? It's injected into the exhaust stream to control oxides of nitrogen. You have to fill it up periodically (4-6K miles). It doesn't just sit there -- you use it. Your comment's like saying the dealer will "change" your diesel fuel.
From what I can tell, the mileage increase on the 2013s using DEF more than makes up for the cost of the fluid.
