I think you owe chakatania an apology, as it seems a TPMS is standard on all 2013 Ram trucks.

The users guide you refer to is about the Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) Tire Light Load Inflation Switch Description (2500 Models) – If Equipped. Not the TPMS. Look at page 508-517 of the full owners manual at the link you provided, and you will see it's only the load inflation switch that is limited to the 2500.
