So as suggested I poked around on the RAM Web sight and downloaded the 2012 2500/3500 brochure and the 2013 Ram 2500/3500 brochure. Both clearly state that the Tire Pressure Monitor System is available on 2500 models only.

I guess Dodge is living in the Stone Age.
