Chris, yes it is an 8' bed. They balanced and road forced the tires numerous times, replaced at least one tire and rim. It was in one dealer 4 times and they finally said that was the way the truck was designed. Brought to another dealer and they balanced and road forced the tires and said it was better. It wasn't. They said it was a normal 3500 ride. I brought it in again and ,Chrysler said change out the drive shaft. They did and no change. Chrysler said then it was a normal ride for a 3500. The dealer said they had another similar truck on the lot that they drive and no ride issue. Do Chrysler said disconnect the prop shaft and drive it. Dealer said the problem went away. So they put a new prop shaft on and said all was good. It wasnt, nothing changed. So I will be bringing it in again. At least this dealer isn't giving up. I have been trying to get this resolved since I bought it new in 6/13.
