Keep in mind the forum rules about legal actions. The minute you post anything about contacting an attorney or other legal action this thread will have to be closed. Although I think the advice given about contacting an attorney is good, please don't mention it here if you wish this thread to continue. You can say you have taken action but just don't say what kind - if it is legal action.
