It takes torque to make more HP so they go hand in hand. More than likely, I'll do a custom tune with a local guy that's well known for tuning a lot of weekend racers. I'll speak to him face to face before I commit to be sure he's tuning to my towing needs and not just for performance. A cam is always another option. ;)
