BTW, I have a "U" dinette like that and like it a lot. It gives me the full stretch-out option when at the table. I have a screen opposite and can run the laptop or watch broadcast and DVD. It's comfy.

I disagree completely. We have a U-shaped dinette with a large table and its annoying. The table is very big, so its hard for the kids to scoot around to the back. A smaller table would make it easier to move around. You just have to plan a little bit.

Drop down bed looks awesome to me. No reason that bed can't be made, just like a Murphy bed. A fold out couch with multiple cushions isn't nearly as comfortable as a single mattress would be. I like the idea. Toyhaulers will often have a similar idea, but incorporating a cumbersome rail system usually.

Why are you so opposed to options? I bet you are upset that you can't buy a black Model A as your only vehicle choice, aren't you?

That round table is way too small and so ridiculous and would be beyond maxed out with just 2 persons sitting at and eating. Get real! Besides, if 4 tried to sit there anyway, the 2 suckers in the corners areas better have some very long arms to reach the table. Across the back? Even worse to get to and back out! Also like to be trapped in one spot because they are until the end person or persons lets them shuffle across the cushions until they can finally get out and maybe back in again too or repeat as often and desired.

I don't know any people who lay down and stretch out while eating or people who like to stretch out not eating shaped like a right angle laying down. Even worse if 2 normal people try to both lay down at the same time. We HAVE had RV's with this dining/relaxing configuration and found they aren't comfortable for about any use. Learned our lessons well and won't go down that road again.

Other manufacturers here get away from the " sterile" look. Many European Caravans are not exposed to the same conditions as Australia..in a word" Bulldust". Fine talcum powder fine red dust. You have to be able to keep the walls clean

Not necessarily so. Best or should I say surviving European Caravan in Australia and not so swish , is Adria in Australia. These are built in Slovenia, used to be part of Yugoslavia, a non Germanic ,German Caravan. Axles are in the middle as these lightweight Caravans as they are pulled by small or large Cars

If a german built trailer were brought to the USA it's price would be staggering. German factories have among the highest labor costs in the world. Their wages and bennies are very costly.
