Yah, in reading a little more, that would be my game plan under similar circumstances as Realter and bighatnohorse suggest, the shell with a the smaller trailer. Those
Casitas are really kewl and apparently fairly light, might work...
I used that with my Chev Colorado, 5-banger and the Tear Drop. Worked well for the most part, a little slow going up grades and that was a PITA.. so, 4 might be a strain on towing, check out the towing weights.. heheh, and then multiply by two for why... salespitchs you know..

Might just "Trade in the 4-banger" and get something that gives you more options...
Have the fun is planning it all, but it can be a PITA at times...
