Benk, thanks for the heads up the fuel tank valve / switch currently work well and that sounds like good insurance that it doesn’t ingest something from the tank.
Has 2 filters downstream of the valve , the one that comes on the electric fuel pump. (It’s a genV 454 with a carb, no mechanical fuel pump capability on that engine. )
Upper filter is clear glass and it’s clean but the lower one could catch stuff. Might explain why the newish looking electric pump lost pressure right off the bat. Just replaced.
