New here. A few questions.

Since it's business you can write some things off, but remember there are lots of the motels with kitchenettes at around 150 to 170 a night. A small storage unit isn't too bad for anything you might not want to haul around... So, if it is only a periodic stay... ??? IF you need "or want" a "base camp" in the area, then that 940 a month thing is worth considering... Good luck... There is something to be said for having your "own" place. To each their own...

Now, if it was anywhere except southern California, that kind of money will get you a really nice rental anywhere you want with a garage...
