New Home/Storage for Trailer

Finally got the new home for the trailer. It's taken almost two years because of how busy contractors are in this area. It's 20x44 with the 12x14 ft door. Just have some paint touch-ups to do. Then I will get power run and start insulating the interior.

Just siding. No HOA here so only county requirements (which mostly concerned with roof snowload). It was under 40k, which included permitting, leveling, concrete. I did the painting to reduce costs and I'll do the interior work (electrical, insulation, etc.). I had quotes that were as high as 60k.

  • Truly a monument of pure ecstasy. To put that up here would cost more for the permits than the building itself. But, I have a wonderful place to put my rig under, and while I pay by the month... it's there when I need it. Very nice indeed.
  • That's a beauty. Nice wide door too. Give it that industrial look and cement in 6 inch yellow pipes at the door edge.
