Thanks for the tips. Apparently, my fridge is a 12 volt. Not sure if it requires a level, but I know I need to level to put the slide out so there is that. This parking was a quick park to load up some stuff but I will definitely keep that in mind for the future.

Not sure what got a couple folks twitterpated about fridge being level.
But it is good to actually know what components are in your camper, yours being likely not an absorption fridge, it’s not even a concern.
However if it was a good ole absorption fridge, math tells you that a 2% x slope (standard street/road x slope is about 1 degree. So disregard the warnings even if it’s an absorption fridge. - StirCrazyApr 14, 2026Moderator
12V doesnt say much, my 35 year old fridge iw 120V/12V/propaane. the difference is is yours a 12V compressor fridge, if it is then don't worry about being level. you main worry will be if you have enugh battery when you are camping with out hookups
